I'm a hard ass worker, a boss lady, and a proud member of the crazy-dog-mom club. I'm an attorney, a former collegiate cheerleader, and proud Richmond, Virginia transplant. Lactose intolerant but I eat cheese anyway because #priorities.  I'm also a huge fan of small businesses, a podcast host, and a small business owner myself!

  When I'm not filing trademarks, drafting contracts, resolving disputes, or pounding out business deals, you can find me teaching legal seminars to business owners or lecturing on working with creatives to other attorneys. I've given seminars at conferences for organizations like Wedding Wire, NACE, WIPA, The Rising Tide Society, and Destination Wedding Planning Conference.  I've been lucky enough to teach wedding and event law as far away as Mexico-- and let me tell you, the drinks are FABULOUS there!
